James was amazing! He took some complicated stuff that would've had those rookies at other spots scratching their head and calling their managers for help. He was very quick as well. Never have I been done with my preps in a little over an hour, and most that time was due to me having to call my lawyers on some of my paperwork they got wrong. And too my amazement, he already knew the answers I was calling about. He made sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted; never even an unsure look. Made me feel like I was in the right spot. Thanks James and thanks to my coworkers who routed me to him.
