We were referred to see this tax service by a friend. We heard nothing but great things about them so my husband and I decided to try them. The process was pretty easy. Since they were pretty busy, they offered to take a copy of all the necessary documents and info from my husband and we could check the status of our tax return online. It's been three weeks and no phone call with the status on our return even though my husband was told 7-14 days. I don't think it should take that long to find out the status of our tax return. We couldn't waited there and got the answer that day but wanted to give them time. Well 3 weeks seems plenty of time in my opinion. We had a bad experience with this company and we will not be returning next year. Hopefully, we can stop the current process and go somewhere else. We feel like they didn't care about us with the time that it has taken them to process our tax return.
