Employee Benny Yohannes at their location inside of Rapid Cash on So. Eastern used preliminary figures I gave him in early January 2011 to file my income tax return and would not give me copies of anything he did and Instant Tax filed return with only my signature on a "loan" for $50 and kept over $700 out of my refund with no detail or explaination. Go to Rip Off Report on internet and you will see this is common practice for all the Instant Tax. Beware of doing any business with them
