Sorry if i ignore your comment the true is this man, is horrible, he is a big liar man, false, still money from anothers, what you said? are you part of his family? is bad,He list Rent a house for rent, he lie about this house I went to drive,guess want? some neighbors told me, he is ignorant he like tenant invest money to repair, and he not like to deduct they told me he is a problem man,hen smile nice and he speak very bad a bout tenants,I try to speak with this tenants but not like there not was in home, 3 next door told me is true,they want to not body rent, because he is dirty man, he abuse from tenants, the owner and him and his handyman are same, they work together to do and abuse from people, I meet another neighbor and told me same, Wack! this man is Sucks!!!! post the true, not said something is not true.with many person told me about forget it, no problems, hope soon, meet the tenant to ask about this poor people has to dealing with this man.

I have had Tom/Taxperts prepare my returns for many years and I have always been satisfied with the end result. He not only prepares my return but also advises me on how to minimize my liability for the next year. If I wanted to pay $29.00 and go to someone who will be gone after April 15, I could go to one of the seasonal tax preparation services; however, I want someone to be there when I have a question/problem after April 15. I had just that problem last year and Tom was right there and handled it for me. This is the place to go!
