This place is Horrible ! They are very Rude ! Every time I speak with someone from the office they tell something completely different then the last person I spoke with . They don’t even know what they are doing but will confidently act like they do for example I was told that I could get Direct Deposit by my preparer ( who was very nice / the only nice person in that office ) and then was told that it's impossible? They will not call you with updates unless you call them. Every time I call they are very rude and act like I am bothering them by calling and try to make me feel like I am bellow them because I want an update on my refund and refund anticipation loan that supposedly I would have 24 to 48 hours after IRS accepts the return, not true ! I’ve been accepted for 3 days now so way over the time bracket I paid for . The store Manager Neil is nasty and acts like he is better than everyone. So, if you do not care for being treated with respect and do not care when you will get your refund and have no need to ask them for an update , then you will be just fine. If you dare to ask for an update you will then be treated like a low life looser. BTW I am talking about the North Dale Office in Tampa FL. I go write a novel on all the things they have done poorly but don’t have time . It’s only fair that write this review so that no one else has to go thru this . THE WORST STAFF EVER !!
