Had the worst experience with this office. The tax man has another EA working out of his office. Sandra Connors. She did not get my personal or business taxes done by the extension deadline which caused me to have over a $1000 in fees. Her response was for me to contact the IRS and request for a first time waiver of the fees. I paid her for a service and now I have to try and go thru the IRS to get fees waived. Using my one time waiver on her issue of not getting the done on time. I called the Tax Man to express my concern of him allowing someone to work out of his office under his name and the bad service I had received. He just told me to contact the IRS and there wasn't anything they could do. But they still accepted my money and left me to clean up the mess. Highly recommend not to use him of Sandra Connors!
