I have filed my taxes with Jane on febuary 3rd 2018 and it is the first of march and I camt my tax refund no where on the irs website. She won't return no calls and hasnt got back to me. I've called more than 3 times. I bave went to her house to talk to her, I told her my taxes aren't showing up on the irs website and she told me I don't know what to tell you! She kept telling me I should recieve my taxes by the end of the month, yet still haven't recieved them & no where to be found on the IRS website. I will not file my taxes with her again. Highly recommend to not file your taxes with her.
