Incompetent tax preparation provided with unprofessional customer service and implied threats of violence. Head to the zoo and have a monkey do your taxes and or financial planning, you will be significantly better served. While discussing why our tax returns had been improperly prepared by his office, Joseph Cucinotta Jr. used profanity towards me before disconnecting our call. When I called the office back, Jr. had run and told his father he was unable to provide me with adequate service. While Joe's dad admitted the service I had been provided was unacceptable, and stated that he "could not condone" his son's behavior, he provided me with no resolution. After his father forced him to speak to me again, Joe Jr. insinuated that if I "came down there", we might resolve this matter "outside his office". When I asked if he was threatening me, Joe back peddled with Usain Bolt like speed. Threatening someone with violence at all is unprofessional. Threatening someone with violence while you are cowering behind your daddy is comedic. Joe Sr. and his son lack any sense of responsibility or professionalism. I cannot suggest looking elsewhere for answers to your financial questions in any stronger terms.
