I have been a client of Mr. Conrad for over 15 years. I keep coming back because his work and the staff always make me feel welcome. Joseph continues to tell me what is going on with my taxes in a way that I can understand. He explains things to me so I get what he is talking about. He does not talk like most accountants. He talks to me like I am a person, and does not try to impress me with what he knows. He keeps me safe so I do not have to worry about overpaying my taxes or worry about what is on my tax returns.

I one year to try another accountant. The IRS actually audited me and I had to talk with them about my return. The IRS agent asked me what happened, "Did you change tax accountants or go to another tax person? Because this tax return does not look like you or what would be expected on your tax return." I went back to Mr. Conrad and will stay as long as he is in practice. Sometimes we do not realize how good we have it until we see what else is out there.
