I had a very poor experience with Mr Young and his staff. I required some information from Mr Young in order to perform a service for a mutual client. I was told that this information would be provided to me within a few days. After 2 weeks, I followed up several times but was mostly ignored. At one point, Mr Young's receptionist hung up on me rather than answer my question. When I finally spoke to Mr Young 3 weeks after the original request was made, he informed me that he could no longer assist me. The reason he gave me contradicted everything I had been told up to that point. This is a very poorly run, disorganized, and unprofessional company.
