Used him before with no problem. We gave him paperwork early in 2021 for 2020 filing. Return was never filed although he said repeatedly it would be on time. Unable to contact after April deadline..Contacted BBB. They said he is not accredited and they were unable to contact him. Notified IRS . They said they would investigate. Lo and behold Travis opened his office the first of the year. We talked to him and he said our taxes were ready to file. Acted as though nothing happened out of the ordinary.

The tax service is excellent as long as you don't have to get a hold of Travis after tax season he never returned a phone call it does no good to leave a message and if you get a letter from the IRS there is no way to get a hold of him therefore he doesn't take very good care of business
