Used them for a few years with out any problems. Then I get a notice from IRS saying that they had messed up on my 2013 taxes. When I called Chris about them he said that his computer had lost the files for that year. Convenient. Resent my copies through faxes, emails, and post office. He said he would fix the problem, and get right back to me. After a month he stopped answering and returning my phone calls. Got a hold of his father Robert who said he would help. Resent all the copies again. Took him about three weeks before he stopped answering and returning calls. They could just give me an answer of what I should do, and how to fix the problem they made it would. E nice. To not return calls is just wrong. That's not how to run a business. They take no responsibility.

I have been using Finest Tax Service for many years. The staff are friendy, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bob has been very helpful through my house purchase taxes, job and travel, and investment questions. I feel very secure having Bob do my taxes knowing it will be done correctly and timely.
