Rate and Review Financial Reporting Services -
Samuel Grozalsky Financial Reporting Services Boston -

commentApparently people have rated this tax company with one star 8 years ago. I rated it two stars because I finally received a tax form, albeit past deadline, crooked, barely readable, with a misspelled legal name.
Samuel Grozalsky , a tax preparer, was not easy to work with. He stated my mail was returned to him. He then claimed he would NOT re-send my official tax form via snail mail (Implying I gave him the wrong address or it was my fault). Everyone knows mail that is misspelled will be returned. I could not see what address he wrote. He emailed me a crooked copy that looks like it was faxed as it was barely readable. I had to use this for official documents and was embarrassed to even look at it. I asked 5 times for a non-crooked and clear copy and was simply ignored. He did manage to fix my name on that same crooked copy? Sam treated me like my requests were of no interest to him, thus it is my prerogative to let people know that there are much kinder and easy to work with tax preparers' out there.
The business number used: 617-268-6002
Email: samtheg@comcast.net , named " Financial Reporting "
P.S. I am willing to amend my review if I ever receive a professional looking tax form before the April 15 deadline.

An incompetent, unethical accountant. Beware! -

commentWe used Financial Reporting Services at the suggestion of my brother in law who knew Sam, the owner and sole proprietor. It was the worst experience we've had as business owners. He rarely returned calls, completed everything late, and LIED, telling us the returns were filed when he had not done so. He never filed the extensions or the taxes. We incurred thousands in penalties. Our new accountants reviewed the returns he prepared, noting that it was one of the worst examples they had ever seen.
