Rude, condesending, and unprofessional. After my experience with them, and from what others have told me, I sought tax help elsewhere.

Several people told me that this business overcharges for tax preparation. Unfortunately this turned out to be the case. Not only where their prices inflated but I was treated in a very discourteous manner. Perhaps there have been some improvements since my encounter, but if I had it all to do over, I would seek tax preparation elsewhere.

To expensive and sorry tax preperation had to pay irs a ton of money because of thier mistakes. Also took note of a diploma from Umhb and wasnt able to find a person on the grauating class roster for that year and was also not listed in the texas state CPA site so that was a lie as well . Be careful doing buisness with them

Very dissatisfied with this company . Person bragged that she had a masters degree in accounting but after dealing with her I can honestly say my 12 year old does better math.will never go back there again.
